Candidates should bring 3-5 years of relevant experience, especially in structural steel materials and QA/QC processes. Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to interpret detailed blueprints are essential. This position also emphasizes maintaining project schedules and evaluating cost effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and coordinate full cost estimates for projects

• Investigate labor, materials, and time from project documentation

• Develop budgets and schedules for multiple projects

• Collaborate with engineers and contractors on cost estimates

• Maintain project costs and assessments throughout duration

Requirements:

• 3-5 years estimating experience in a fabrication role

• Diploma in Mechanical or Structural Engineering advantageous

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt

• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
