Enhance customer experience as an After Sales Support Specialist at Tri-Mach. This dynamic role focuses on creating Spare Parts Manuals and refining after-sales services in a collaborative environment.
Tri-Mach Group, a top Canadian employer, is hiring an After Sales Support Specialist with a strong focus on customer relations. In this role, you'll manage Spare Parts Manuals, create proposals, and facilitate communication between stakeholders. Your efforts will ensure project deliverables align with customer needs and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage updates for Spare Parts Manuals using Solid Works
• Connect with engineering and fabrication teams for project coordination
• Obtain updated parts quotes from external suppliers
• Deliver exceptional support to customer inquiries
• Maintain activity metrics for the After Sales department
Requirements:
• Background in Mechanical Design or Engineering beneficial
• Proficient in Solid Works with 3D modeling skills
• Comfort creating presentations and engaging with leadership
• Strong attention to detail and adaptable
• Desire for growth in customer relations or project management
