As a Manufacturing Process Specialist, you will focus on developing, qualifying, and implementing technologies that drive product innovation in the hearing sector. Your expertise in surface and joining technologies will be crucial for optimizing processes and ensuring quality delivery. You'll work closely with various teams to integrate technologically advanced methods into everyday production practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize and maintain existing processes for hearing instruments
• Conduct development activities in additive and manual assembly technologies
• Partner with engineering teams to support product initiatives
• Establish design standards for manufacturing quality
• Initiate process validation and improvement efforts
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in related engineering fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant process development
• Strong ability to tackle complex problems analytically
• Hands-on experience in testing and laboratory settings
