We're looking for someone who brings more than technical drafting expertise. Our client values individuals who are curious, creative, and capable of translating complex project requirements into thoughtful design solutions.

You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, project stakeholders, and customers, helping ensure designs are technically sound, practical to implement, and aligned with project objectives.

What You’ll Bring

4+ years of Electrical Design experience within automation, machine building, custom equipment, or advanced manufacturing environments.

Strong proficiency with EPLAN (mandatory).

Post‑secondary education in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.

Able to select, test and integrate hardware and software components such as robots, analog devices, motion controllers, sensors, vision systems and lasers.

Experience in performing hands‑on engineering calculations such as power calculation, short‑circuit current rating, and panel heat loss/cooling.

Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical decisions and collaborate effectively with engineers, project teams, and customers.

The ability to work independently while contributing positively within a collaborative engineering environment.

Pay: $35‑50/hour (opportunity to earn OT)
