Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct building evaluations during client site visits

• Use BGIS software for reporting and documentation

• Suggest cost estimates for building repairs and upgrades

Requirements:

• Diploma in a relevant technical area required

• 1-3 years of experience in similar roles preferred

• Familiarity with ASTM guidelines is helpful

• Basic knowledge of cost estimation preferred

• Valid driver's license and travel availability required
