Position: Sustaining Engineering for Medical Devices
Shape the future of healthcare technology as a Sustaining Engineer r role will focus on sustaining existing medical devices while ensuring stringent quality and compliance standards.

You'll work under the Sr. Director of Business Operations, leading initiatives to resolve product issues and streamline engineering processes. Engage cross-functionally with R&D and Quality Assurance to support compliance with regulatory requirements. This role suits candidates with strong analytical and engineering backgrounds, eager to contribute to innovation in medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address supplier quality improvements and product obsolescence

• Analyze product complaint data for systemic insights

• Facilitate supplier performance analysis and corrective actions

• Maintain calibration and qualifications of operations assets

• Collaborate with Quality Assurance on compliance issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• 3-7 years in medical devices and regulated sectors

• Understanding of ISO 13485 and FDA regulations

• Proven capacity for technical analysis and data interpretation

• Skill in managing cross-functional partnerships
