PWO Process Engineering Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily activities of process engineers

• Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with international engineering codes

• Collaborate with Project Managers on engineering projects

• Train staff on updated work instructions and safety

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• At least 3 years of relevant experience

• Expertise in automotive manufacturing standards

• Proficiency in manufacturing, assembly, and welding

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
