In this essential role, you’ll bridge R&D and field operations, working directly with client projects to ensure optimal performance of battery energy storage systems. You will take the lead on customer handling during deployment phases while enhancing product reliability and quality assurance processes. Your experience in reliability practices will be vital for driving product iterations and satisfying site-specific configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Delivery for Factory Acceptance Testing
• Support the Deployment in system setups and troubleshooting
• Validate performance across different customer configurations
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis for ongoing site issues
• Produce and maintain customer-facing technical documents
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years in product reliability and commissioning
• Proven skills in Root Cause Analysis and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Battery Energy Storage System technology
• Experience in scripting with Python or Java Script
