Project Manager in Process Improvement at Sonova

Sonova is searching for a Project Manager specializing in process improvement to tackle challenges across manufacturing engineering. With at least 5 years of experience in complex manufacturing processes, you'll utilize data analytics to drive decisions and improve delivery. This role supports collaborations with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless product transfers and successful launches.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as global process owner for 3D modeling of ITE devices
• Lead cross-functional project execution on time and within scope
• Identify process improvements through data analysis
• Collaborate with software developers and manufacturing teams
• Establish KPIs and drive corrective actions when targets aren't met
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Process or Mechanical preferred
• 5+ years experience in regulated manufacturing environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel
• Experience with Power BI, SAP, and 3D modeling software
