Become a key player at CIMA+ as a Senior Overhead Transmission Lines Engineer, where your knowledge will lead to innovative project delivery in an engaging hybrid work environment.
This role requires not only technical expertise but also strong leadership abilities to direct complex overhead line projects. You will collaborate with an agile team to ensure processes are seamless and deliverables exceed expectations, while also guiding junior engineers in their professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct engineering design for overhead transmission lines
• Prepare technical project documents and reports
• Manage project scope, timelines, and costs effectively
• Mentor junior team members and provide support
• Conduct field reviews and construction support
Requirements:
• Civil/Structural Engineering degree or equivalent
• 15+ years of relevant experience in engineering
• Registered Professional Engineer in Canada
• Familiarity with PLS-CADD and CAD tools
• Required fieldwork experience in engineering projects
