As a member of the Technical Solutions team, you will support the Manager in tracking product development and processing market requests. Your analytical skills will help improve operational efficiency and ensure seamless communication across global teams. This collaborative role emphasizes your ability to manage concurrent projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee product development documentation and dashboard maintenance
• Provide leaders with visibility into product readiness
• Draft structured documentation for market requests and trends
• Facilitate change management and workflow improvements
• Organize documents in SharePoint and Confluence for accessibility
Requirements:
• A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar
• 3-5 years in a technical or product coordination role
• Familiarity with BESS applications preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Flexibility for occasional travel
