• Direct technical projects from inception to completion
• Ensure adherence to customer specifications and standards
• Manage and mitigate technical risks effectively
• Align technical priorities with project management
• Review and maintain technical documentation and reports

• Degree in Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant design experience
• Solid understanding of semiconductor technology
• Effective communication, both written and verbal
• Experience leading in multidisciplinary environments
