Senior Electromechanical Engineer Position

Red Cell Partners seeks a Senior Electromechanical Packaging Engineer in Torrance, CA. Lead innovative projects focused on microelectronics packaging while collaborating seamlessly across disciplines.

In this dynamic role, you’ll support chip scale packaging design and understand the nuances of voltage regulator product lines. Collaborating with various engineering teams, you will create mechanical drawings and ensure high standards for substrates and assembly. Your problem-solving skills will contribute directly to the firm’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design chip scale packaging for integrated voltage regulators

• Collaborate closely with substrate layout and ASIC teams

• Develop mechanical drawings for manufacturing

• Assist in vendor coordination for parts and assembly

• Implement quality checks during the packaging process

Requirements:

• Minimum BS in Mechanical or Electrical engineering

• At least 5 years of experience with microelectronics packaging

• Expertise in CAD software such as Creo or NX

• Understanding of thermal analysis and DFM concepts

• Basic experience with PCB design software
