In this role, you will lead and develop a motivated team of engineers, ensuring productivity while maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of professional engineers
• Ensure projects comply with company policies
• Review customer specifications and design modifications
• Address customer issues and distribute workloads
• Maintain quality standards in engineering processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required
• 6+ years of related experience
• 2+ years in a management position
• Licensed Professional Engineer in any state
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
