Momentus is seeking an experienced engineer to enhance its spacecraft manufacturing capabilities. This role involves developing and sustaining manufacturing processes, defining tooling strategies, and ensuring compliance with engineering specifications. The successful candidate will bridge design and production, focusing on efficiency and quality across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain manufacturing plans for spacecraft

• Implement production methodologies and tooling strategies

• Design assembly fixtures and manage vendor fabrication

• Optimize operations and minimize integration risks

• Perform manufacturability assessments and tolerance analysis

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of aerospace or space manufacturing experience

• Proven expertise in manufacturing process development

• Strong knowledge of GD&T and precision measurement techniques

• Hands-on experience in cleanroom or controlled environments

• Effective communication across engineering teams
