Join FCA to lead the design and development of automotive lighting technology. With a minimum of three years of engineering experience and two years focused on optical design, your insights will be critical in bringing cutting-edge products to market. The role includes conducting feasibility studies and implementing design modifications based on testing results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop lens and reflector surfaces for lighting systems

• Support physical and virtual validation methodologies

• Establish custom test procedures for data analysis

• Coordinate logistics for lab testing activities

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field

• At least three years of engineering experience

• Two years in optical design and testing

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Must be authorized to work in Canada
