Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee team activities and project designs

• Provide leadership and coaching to engineering staff

• Manage workload and prioritize design objectives

• Develop and enforce departmental processes

• Track and publish departmental performance metrics

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Mechanical Engineering roles

• College diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology

• Advanced Solidworks expertise in manufacturing

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Lean principles

• Ability to travel in North America as needed
