Transportation Co-op Engineering Student

Embark on a hands-on learning experience with RVA as a Co-op Engineering Student focused on Transportation in Niagara, St. Catharines, Ontario. Collaborate on projects while enhancing your skills in civil engineering and design.

RVA is seeking motivated students for a Co-op position during Fall 2026. This role requires enrollment in a civil engineering program and involves design work in transportation, including roads and municipal infrastructure. You will assist with site surveys, AutoCAD drawings, quantity calculations, and construction support, gaining valuable practical experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in pre-engineering site surveys and inspections

• Design roads, rail, and municipal infrastructure projects

• Prepare AutoCAD and Micro Station design drawings

• Provide office support during construction projects

• Conduct site visits and assist with traffic analysis

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited civil engineering program

• Knowledge of AutoCAD/Micro Station/AutoTURN is a plus

• Valid G Class Driver's License and vehicle access

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong English communication skills, oral and written
