The Role   We are seeking a Lead  Mechanical Designer/Engineer  to join a well-established building engineering consulting firm based in  KWG Area . This firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical design solutions across sectors such as commercial, recreational, and institutional facilities.

Key Responsibilities     Design and coordinate HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for a wide range of building projects.
Prepare design calculations, specifications, and technical reports.
Develop detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
Collaborate closely with architects, electrical engineers, and project managers to ensure coordinated and efficient design solutions.
Participate in site reviews, field inspections, and construction administration.
Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Support mentorship and knowledge sharing within the mechanical team.
Qualifications     Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
P.Eng. designation or eligibility for licensure in Ontario preferred.
8+ years of mechanical design experience within the building consulting industry.
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
Experience in project management or leading small design teams considered an asset.
