As part of e-STORAGE's dynamic team, you will play an essential role in bridging the gap between research and field applications for energy systems. Your expertise in field reliability and root-cause analysis will be crucial in troubleshooting and ensuring that customer installations meet quality standards. Collaborate with other teams to enhance overall product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on Factory Acceptance Testing processes
• Handle configuration and troubleshooting on-site
• Tune product performance for various customer setups
• Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis for reported issues
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Over 5 years of experience in product reliability engineering
• Experience with hardware-software system commissioning
• Knowledge of utility-scale energy management standards
• Proficient in modern programming and scripting languages
