• Coach laboratory personnel in best practices

• Oversee compliance within metallurgical operations

• Maintain organized data to track and predict processing issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in metallurgical engineering

• 1-5 years of relevant metallurgical experience

• Proven ability to communicate effectively

• Experience with QA/QC practices

• Hands-on laboratory operational experience
