Intellijoint Surgical Systems Engineer Position

Become a Systems Engineering Developer with Intellijoint Surgical in Kitchener, ON. This full-time role focuses on system design for innovative medical technologies and surgical applications.

We are in search of two Systems Engineering Developers to join our team at Intellijoint Surgical. Both positions require individuals who are skilled in medical device development and can manage complex system specifications and documentation effectively. You will play a vital role in either enhancing existing products or driving innovative concepts from prototype to product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design systems to meet regulatory and business requirements

• Collaborate in design reviews with stakeholders

• Resolve technical challenges for current medical devices

• Prototype innovations integrating latest technologies

• Manage verification and validation documentation strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Software, or Computer Engineering

• 3-5 years of pertinent experience

• Familiarity with ISO standards, especially ISO 13485

• Proficiency in technical documentation practices

• Experience with medical device verification and risk management
