Environmental Remediation Project Lead

In this role, you will lead remediation initiatives, ensuring the safety and compliance of all operations. You will be responsible for managing project budgets, training staff in environmental practices, and maintaining strong client relationships. This position plays a significant role in developing health and safety strategies for the team and mentoring junior personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead site remediation projects from start to finish
• Develop health and safety and emergency response plans
• Mentor junior staff in environmental assessments
• Oversee budgets, proposals, and project tracking
• Collaborate with clients to meet their environmental goals
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline
• Minimum 8 years in contaminated site management
• Strong knowledge of health and safety standards
• Analytical abilities for effective site recommendations
• Familiarity with Ontario environmental regulations
