Your role will address the complex challenges facing municipal infrastructures.
As a key member of our Civil Infrastructure Technical Group, you will navigate the complexities of asset management for municipal clients. Your leadership will guide multi-disciplinary teams to deliver effective project outcomes. Strong communication and relationship skills are essential to succeed in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of comprehensive asset management plans
• Identify and pursue business growth opportunities
• Advise municipal staff on investment strategies
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Engage with community stakeholders including Indigenous communities
Requirements:
• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario
• 8–10 years focused on municipal infrastructure
• Proven client relationship management skills
• Knowledge of Ontario asset management regulations
