In this role, you will work directly with the Chief Metallurgist, focusing on operational readiness and metallurgical input for effective process strategies. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting milling operations, supporting compliance, and guiding technical development within the team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide metallurgical leadership across production circuits

• Analyze and communicate process performance trends

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

• Guide the commissioning team in effective practices

• Mentor junior team members and facilitate training

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or related

• Over 6 years of metallurgical experience in mining

• Desire to pursue Professional Engineer registration

• Strong communication and data analysis abilities

• Focus on safety and operational excellence
