Senior Building Services Electrical Engineer

Lead complex building-services electrical design with Callidus Engineering in London, Kitchener, or Kingston, Ontario, using strong technical leadership and code knowledge.
This Senior Electrical Engineer role requires an Ontario engineering license and 10+ years of relevant building-construction design experience. You will direct electrical strategies for power, lighting, fire alarm, communications, security, and related systems. The position supports audits, technical coordination, construction services, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and stamp electrical projects of varied complexities
- Direct power, lighting, fire alarm, and communications strategies
- Provide technical leadership within the electrical team
- Lead audits, feasibility assessments, investigations, and reports
- Mentor junior and intermediate engineers and designers
- Ontario engineering license and 10+ years relevant design experience
- Complex fire alarm and electrical systems design experience
- Extensive knowledge of OBC, OESC, CSA, and referenced codes
- Strong communication, decision-making, and leadership skills
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada
