Mechanical Design Drafter AutoCAD Inventor

Apply advanced AutoCAD and Inventor skills as a Mechanical Design Drafter with SAVARD Personnel Group. Work Monday through Friday on a stated schedule.

This Drafter role supports mechanical design and drafting in a temp-to-hire arrangement. Candidates should understand manufacturing processes, production planning, raw materials, and component assembly. Experience with manufacturing, industrial, custom steel fabrication, or bulk material handling environments is an asset.

• Create mechanical designs and drafting deliverables
• Apply AutoCAD and Inventor skills to assigned work
• Understand component manufacturing and assembly methods
• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Contribute effectively while working independently

• Mechanical engineering, design, drafting education or equivalent experience
• One to two years of mechanical design or drafting preferred
• Advanced AutoCAD and Inventor skills required
• Strong manufacturing process and production planning understanding
• Excellent English communication and organizational skills
