You will be the main point of contact for executing events, ensuring that all logistics, such as catering and AV, run smoothly. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a variety of tasks and stakeholders effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee exceptional experiences for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead onsite event coordination and logistics management
• Provide event support and troubleshoot issues
• Conduct briefings and venue walkthroughs for events
• Ensure effective registration and hospitality services
• Facilitate communication with clients and teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of relevant event management experience
• Strong leadership and cooperation abilities
• Proficient in digital tools and technology solutions
• Ability to manage physical demands of onsite events
