Events Management at BinSentry

Take charge of Bin Sentry's events as our Events Manager located in Kitchener, Ontario. Drive engagement and enhance our brand's visibility through expertly executed events both in-person and hybrid.

This position requires a seasoned professional with at least three years in event planning and coordination. You will independently manage events from our flagship 'Saddle Up' gathering to major trade shows, handling every detail inclusive of budgeting, logistics, and on-site operations. Collaboration across departments and with external partners is key to ensuring we deliver exceptional attendee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the 'Saddle Up' customer event from start to finish

• Manage logistics for large industry trade shows including booth setup

• Develop and track event budgets and metrics

• Engage attendees through effective communication strategies

• Prepare analytical post-event reports and evaluations

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in event and trade-show management

• Proven ability to handle multiple event projects

• Strong project management and organizational abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Readiness to travel to major industry events
