Capital Markets Manager at Canadian Solar

Take your capital markets expertise to Canadian Solar as a Manager in Canada or the U.S. Lead financing initiatives and help build a robust Capital Markets function to support renewable energy projects.

As a key member of the Capital Markets team, you’ll report to the Managing Director and collaborate on debt and equity financing strategies. This is a hands-on role where you’ll execute financial analysis, coordinate diligence processes, and support the monetization of tax credits, contributing to Canadian Solar's mission of sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage debt and equity financing processes for subsidiaries

• Execute financial analysis and prepare transaction materials

• Coordinate financing processes and manage internal teams

• Maintain transaction trackers and support closing deliverables

• Build repeatable processes for Capital Markets infrastructure

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field

• 5-8+ years in capital markets or investment banking

• Proven experience in executing financial transactions

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

• Excellent communication abilities with senior executives
