Support everyday banking needs as a Client Engagement Associate at CIBC in New Hamburg, using financial services knowledge and digital banking expertise.
As part of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you will assist clients in an on-site banking centre. You will answer questions, process transactions, explain banking products, and connect clients with appropriate team members. This temporary fixed-term position offers 15 weekly hours.
Key Responsibilities:- Help clients manage accounts and banking products
- Answer questions and assist with transactions
- Explain mobile banking applications and digital options
- Complete sales of basic banking products
- Identify opportunities for specialist referrals
- Knowledge of financial services products
- Client service and interpersonal communication skills
- Digital literacy and comfort with evolving technologies
- Empathy and client-focused problem solving
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and multiple centres
