Customer guidance and digital banking education define this Personal Banking Associate role with TD, supporting customers’ everyday financial needs.
As a Personal Banking Associate, you will deliver advice, service transactions, and problem resolution related to banking solutions. You will understand customer needs, guide them to appropriate contacts, and exercise judgement with confidential matters. The role also supports frontline staff and branch processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage customers in advice, transactions, and problem resolution
- Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts
- Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking
- Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
- Report non-standard matters to management and improve processes
- High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
- Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
- Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
- Proficiency with MS Office, branch software, and internet
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
