Customer Experience Associate Banking

Deliver accurate financial transactions and thoughtful advice as a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust in New Hamburg, Ontario.

Working in Personal & Commercial Banking, you will support frontline customer service for existing and prospective TD customers. The role combines deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, customer needs assessment, and banking solution recommendations. You will also address concerns, promote services, and complete processes accurately.

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
• Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities
• Promote banking solutions and complete business processes
• Provide clear advice on banking solutions and processes

• High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
• Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
• Accurate, detail-oriented communication with diverse customers
