Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure care meets established resident plans
• Accurately document relevant resident information
• Participate in staff training and development sessions
• Help onboard and mentor new employees
• Comply with infection control policies
Requirements:
• Completion of a Personal Support Worker training program
• Knowledge of treatment procedures for residents
• Awareness of the needs specific to geriatric residents
• Compliance with standards set by governing associations
