Position: Human Resources Coordinator with Compliance Role
Step into a critical HR role as a Human Resources Coordinator, where you will manage HR administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with labor regulations. This position emphasizes employee relations and detailed record-keeping within a supportive team.

As the HR Coordinator, your responsibilities will include responding to inquiries, maintaining HRIS records (UKG), and supporting the HR Director with compliance reports. You will also foster a positive workplace culture by leading initiatives that ensure safety and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support and handle HR inquiries

• Maintain accuracy in employee records within the HRIS system

• Participate in the Health & Safety Committee

• Update and launch employee surveys, compiling data

• Action recruitment and onboarding processes effectively

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant HR administrative experience

• Strong attention to detail and ethics

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

• Familiarity with technical recruiting and JHSC certification

• Knowledge of the Canada Labour Code as an asset
