Our client, a large enterprise financial organization, is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Integration Lead) for a 15+ month contract opportunity, with potential extension through 2027.

This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence every Monday and one additional floating day per week
, subject to business requirements, at the downtown Toronto office. The role will manage a key workstream within a large transformation program, leading integration efforts and managing external service provider change impacts and cross-program interdependencies.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a cross-functional team to deliver a major transformation initiative
  • Manage integration activities across internal teams and external vendor partners
  • Oversee interdependency mapping, governance frameworks, and program coordination
  • Develop and manage project plans, financials, status reporting, and resource planning
  • Partner with sponsors, product owners, and business/technology leads
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across work streams
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery timelines
  • Ensure quality assurance standards within a structured PMO environment
Must-Have Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience managing end-to-end strategic projects and change initiatives
  • Proven experience leading large, complex transformation programs
  • Strong partner and stakeholder relationship management experience
  • PMP certification
  • Hands‑on experience using Planview
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including pivot tables and executive reporting)
  • Experience delivering projects in both Waterfall and Agile environments
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with in large financial institutions
  • ADKAR or formal change management certification
Soft Skills
  • Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to deliver within tight timelines
  • Strong risk identification and mitigation capabilities
