This role requires 3-5 years of experience in deskside support and IMAC services, focusing on hardware rollouts and deployments. Candidates must be skilled in troubleshooting and possess strong customer service abilities. You will be responsible for offering 2nd level Help Desk assistance and addressing complex technical issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform advanced hardware break-fix services on user equipment
• Manage installations, moves, and changes for deployment activities
• Support software installation and upgrades for users
• Provide in-depth deskside support for hardware and network issues
• Respond to and resolve tickets from the National Dispatch
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in IMAC and deskside support
• A+ certification and one additional vendor certification
• Strong troubleshooting and internetworking skills
• Ability to lead projects as a Team Lead
• Diploma from a recognized IT program
