Become a key asset in technical support for innovative underwater robotic solutions. Engage with customers, troubleshoot complex issues, and enhance their operational experience through remote assistance and expert guidance.
In this full-time role, you’ll provide support across mechanical, electrical, and software domains for a leading robotics manufacturer. You will manage customer interactions through various channels while collaborating with engineers and technicians to resolve challenges. Developing in-depth product knowledge will empower you to aid internal teams and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues
• Manage support tickets and customer repairs
• Document case notes in CRM for tracking
• Generate quotes and invoices for service requests
Requirements:
• Experience in customer support or technical roles
• Strong understanding of robotics systems is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
• Willingness to participate in on-call support
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
