Position: vCISO Role for Cyber Risk Management
Join Thrive as a vCISO, where you'll help clients establish comprehensive cyber risk strategies and ensure compliance with security mandates. Your leadership will guide their Information Security landscape.

In this role, engage with clients to analyze their Information Security Programs and align them with their business needs. With over five years of experience, you'll serve as a key advisor, creating tailored strategies and assessing risks to strengthen their cybersecurity posture. You'll coordinate efforts to develop policies and respond effectively to incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the expert for Information Security governance

• Create and oversee strategic annual plans

• Coordinate with IT resources for security implementation

• Lead annual risk assessments and create remediation plans

• Mentor client technical teams as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in cybersecurity or related field

• 5+ years in Information Security required

•

Certifications:

CISSP and/or CISM preferred

• Deep understanding of security frameworks like ISO and PCI-DSS
