Optimize SAP functionalities as a Senior SAP Functional Consultant at Sonova, specializing in Manufacturing, Quality, and Procurement processes. You will implement solutions that integrate seamlessly with MES.
This role demands expertise in managing SAP enhancements across Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), and Quality Engineering (QE). With a strong foundational understanding of both IT and business operations, you will lead projects from blueprinting to post-go-live support, while also ensuring compliance with internal and external audits. Your proactive approach to troubleshooting complex issues will be essential in this dynamic consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct SAP process enhancement and implementation projects
• Collaborate with business operations and IT teams
• Manage service requests and escalation activities
• Provide Level 3 support for complex SAP challenges
• Lead compliance-related initiatives during audits
Requirements:
• Degree in IT, Engineering, or Computer Science
• Minimum 10-year experience in SAP ECC modules
• Hands-on experience with both SAP ECC and S/4
HANA
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and procurement processes
• Understanding of Agile methodologies preferred
