Overview This opportunity provides a critical support and problem-solving role serving as a key point of contact for inquiries from Account Executives, Directors, AVPs, and DCC partners. The role involves managing and responding to requests through WIT’s, Salesforce, and the GB Mailbox, tackling complex issues, analyzing data, and contributing to process improvements. It offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration and decision-making processes within the business.
The role contributes to the mission by ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality support for internal stakeholders, enabling smoother operations and stronger client service delivery. By resolving complex issues, providing clear insights through data analysis, and recommending improvements, the role helps drive efficiency, consistency, and continuous enhancement of business processes. Ultimately, it supports better decision-making and strengthens overall organizational performance.
The role provides opportunities to gain experience in problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and data-driven decision-making, with exposure to senior leaders and cross-functional teams to build business acumen and confidence in handling complex scenarios. It also supports development of analytical and process improvement skills for future growth within the organization.
Position Responsibilities Answer inquiries in WIT’s, Salesforce and GB Mailbox — from Account Executives, Directors, AVPs, and DCC
Assist the team with questions and provide timely responses
Research and resolve complex issues
Analyze data, communicate findings to management, and offer recommendations
Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes
Required Qualifications Previous experience in insurance or financial services industries
Analytical mindset
Possess a global perspective on the business and impacts to other business units
Preferred Qualifications Excel knowledge is an asset
