As the Director for Member Journey Owner, you will collaborate with the AVP and senior leaders to define a clear vision, ensuring alignment with squads delivering key digital outcomes. Your focus will be on prioritizing features critical to success while engaging marketing and product teams to optimize user experiences. Additionally, you will analyze customer insights and competitive data to continuously innovate offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set ambitious vision and strategy for member journeys
• Create measurable digital sales objectives for ongoing reporting
• Prioritize work for delivery squads to meet leadership OKRs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on key features
• Manage Product Owners to clear roadblocks and achieve objectives
Requirements:
• 7+ years in digital product delivery, focusing on wealth and retirement
• Effective communicator with senior leadership
• Experience in Agile methodologies and team transformation
• Strong data and analytics acumen for driving outcomes
• Bilingualism required for Quebec interactions
