In this role, you will work closely with the Sr Manager of Analytics Engineering to provide actionable insights that solve critical business challenges. With a focus on data quality and automation, you will partner with stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, and Sales. Expect to utilize advanced SQL, statistical modeling, and machine learning to enrich Dialpad's AI products and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teams to analyze data and generate insights
• Develop and deploy predictive models for business forecasting
• Design automated dashboards for self-service analytics
• Monitor business performance and deliver insights to leadership
• Drive opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
Requirements:
• 5+ years of advanced data analytics experience
• Strong SQL development and problem-solving skills
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cloud platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field
