Position: Modern Workplace Administrator at CarePartners
Step into a critical role with Care Partners as a Modern Workplace & Cloud Operations Administrator, focused on Microsoft 365 and Azure services' security and efficiency. This role supports a hybrid work environment.

As a Tier 3 operations expert, you will oversee Microsoft 365 services, provide guidance on Intune compliance, and support Azure Virtual Desktop environments. Managing relationships with our managed services provider is a key aspect of this position. Additionally, you'll mentor IT team members and provide tier 3 support through the Care Partners Service Desk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Microsoft 365 applications like SharePoint and One Drive

• Manage Intune device compliance and configuration profiles

• Support virtualization and Azure SQL operations

• Conduct Active Directory administration and GPO deployment

• Create and maintain documentation and runbooks

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 and Intune

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field

• Proficiency with cloud environments and vendor management

• Experience in healthcare is a plus

• Preferred certifications include CISSP or Microsoft 365 Certified
