In this pivotal role, you will oversee over 20 embedded software designers and technical leads across multiple locations. You'll engage with sales to enhance team capabilities and maintain high utilization rates. The role also involves hands-on firmware design participation and collaboration with resource management to match project needs with the right talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage distributed teams to deliver firmware across client engagements
• Engage with sales to promote team capabilities
• Provide pre-sales technical support for project estimates
• Collaborate on resource allocation based on project requirements
• Champion software development processes for timely, quality delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• 5+ years in embedded Linux environments, with strong C skills
• 3+ years in people management across diverse teams
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience
• Knowledge of hardware/software integration and low-level design
