Hybrid Bilingual Retail Helpline Analyst

Become a pivotal part of Home Hardware as a Hybrid Bilingual Retail Helpline Analyst. Aid Canadian stores with outstanding service and resolution-driven technical support.

In this role, you’ll provide bilingual technical support to Home Hardware’s retail stores, enhancing their use of Inventory Management and Point of Sale systems. You will engage directly with store teams, offering solutions and building meaningful relationships. Ideal candidates will have a strong customer service orientation and be eager to learn new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email

• Facilitate installation of hardware and software at stores

• Document suggestions for software improvements

• Help troubleshoot issues affecting store operations

• Ensure hardware is maintained effectively for store use

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or similar

• At least two years in technical support or customer service

• Knowledge of Windows and operating systems

• Fluent in English and French

• Onsite presence required three days a week
