Position: Analyst for Learning Initiatives in Nuclear
Elevate learning outcomes as a Learning Analyst at Aecon in Bowmanville, ON. This role focuses on data-driven decision-making to optimize training programs for the SMR-X Project.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Onboarding & Training Manager and the Nuclear Learning Experience Designer. Your responsibilities will include analyzing training data, creating reports, and assisting in the development of instructional strategies. The position requires a strong emphasis on data visualization to communicate insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support decision-making through training data analysis

• Create and maintain performance reports

• Conduct needs assessments for training strategies

• Collaborate on developing effective training plans

• Provide support and troubleshooting for learning systems

Requirements:

• Expertise in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel, Power BI

• Strong analytical capabilities for actionable insights

• Clear verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus

• A customer-focused mindset and organizational skills
