D2L is searching for a Technical Support Analyst to enhance user experience through effective problem-solving. Utilize your technical prowess in a dynamic support role!
In this versatile position, you'll be the first line of support for clients, analyzing technical problems and providing solutions. Candidates should bring a mix of strong analytical skills, creativity in troubleshooting, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly. This role supports a variety of users from Enterprise to K-12 educational segments, ensuring seamless interaction with D2L products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve technical issues through user interaction and guidance
• Conduct research and implement solutions based on user feedback
• Identify and fix configuration issues in products
• Provide timely updates on support cases per service objectives
• Participate in troubleshooting sessions to address complex issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area
• Proficiency in SQL and relevant technical tools
• Experience in helpdesk or customer service environments
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
