As a senior product leader, you will own the vision and guide cross-functional initiatives within our SAFe Agile framework. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product direction while mentoring Product Owners towards a culture of excellence. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic initiatives across business lines
• Define and communicate product strategy and roadmap
• Incorporate customer feedback into product direction
• Collaborate with IT on solution design and development
• Prioritize product backlog across agile squads
Requirements:
• 8-10 years in cross-functional leadership roles
• Bachelor’s degree; post-graduate preferred
• 5 years in insurance and wealth products industry
• Proven digital strategy experience in financial services
• Familiar with agile methodologies and tools
