As an Azure Support Engineer, you will work within the Managed Services Operations team.
Your role will leverage your deep understanding of Microsoft Azure IaaS/PaaS platforms while managing Azure Stack HCI infrastructure. You will analyze technical support incidents and provide recommendations for service optimization, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage hybrid cloud infrastructure with Azure expertise
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex support incidents
• Monitor customer environments for optimization
• Document and maintain technical specifications
• Provide excellent customer service during incidents
Requirements:
• Deep understanding of Azure IaaS/PaaS platforms
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and IaC tools
• 5+ years in technical support for Azure services
• Knowledge of security principles in Azure
• ITIL certification is a plus
